Let me tell you about our
School of Creative Bravery?
I guess you could say I grew up in an artistic house. My father is a sculptor, my mother a fashion designer, I studied graphic design, my one sister studied jewellery design, my other sister studied drama and my brother architecture. That is a lot of artists under one roof.
As you can imagine our house was always full of various art projects, come to think of it we were usually living in a house that was mid-renovation. That was just normal to us, to have a pottery kiln and a wheel to play on. We had access to every tool or medium you can dream of painting, pottery, sewing, making anything and everything by hand. We are forever grateful to my parents for sharing their skills and workshops with us, but even more for teaching us to be adventurous and to try new things.
That is the idea behind the Blooms & Brushes art studio. To create a space where you can come and try different mediums, play, and experiment. You won’t be on your own, we will teach you step by step how to create your own masterpiece. You don’t have to be “artistic” you just have to be brave and give it a go.
